Job Details

Designing, implementing and deploying Salesforce FSL solutions to a wide variety of clients. Knowledge of the Salesforce.com capabilities (both functional and technical) and integration capabilities. Responsible to work on salesforce business requirements. hands on experience in Apex coding, LWC is required. Design Deep understanding of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) architecture.

  • Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce FSL solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Configure Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, and Scheduling Policies
  • Ability to design scalable, modular, and secure solutions for:
  • Shift planning and scheduling
  • Vacation polling and balance management
  • Canvassing and overtime workflows
  • WIM ticket automation
  • Integration with CAT, ETS, Infor, Workday, and Slack
  • Strong grasp of FSL data models:
  • Service Territories
  • Service Resources
  • Shifts, Operating Hours
  • Product Items, Inventory, Work Orders
  • Integration Expertise
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and external system integrations.
  • Knowledge of data migration strategies for historical scheduling and technician data.
  • Design and implement custom scheduling policies, sweeper rules, and labor rule validations.
  • Expertise in Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex for automation.
