Formulate and execute strategies for IT Asset Management (ITAM) that align with business goals, emphasizing cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and operational effectiveness. Take charge of the sales process for ITAM services, utilizing in-depth knowledge of ITAM and IT Service Management (ITSM) to fulfill client requirements. Work collaboratively with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize the acquisition, deployment, and lifecycle management of assets. Establish and uphold ITAM policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring their congruence with ITSM practices and business needs. Supervise the administration of IT assets, encompassing hardware, software, and cloud resources, to ensure compliance and efficient utilization. Deploy and oversee ITAM tools and systems, guaranteeing precise tracking and reporting of IT assets. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to assess the delivery of ITAM and ITSM services. Lead and mentor the ITAM team, fostering a culture of continual improvement and professional development. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ITAM and ITSM. Engage with senior stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations regarding the impact of ITAM on business operations.
