Seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic team in support of a federal customer. The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for ensuring that all contract activities are executed in compliance with the contract's terms and conditions. The PM serves as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters and maintains direct access to the contractor's senior corporate leadership when escalation is needed. This role will act as the main liaison with the Government's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Contracting Officer (CO), and the Office of Information Technology Project Manager (OIT-PM).
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing programs or projects within enterprise SharePoint Online environments.
Proven experience in program management and Agile methodologies within IT development settings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in management, business, or a related field.
PMP certification is preferred.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability Public Trust.
Responsibilities:
Administrative and Program Oversight:
Coordinate and manage meeting logistics.
Maintain contractor End of Day (EOD) documentation.
Manage exit and personnel transfer documentation.
Maintain and update the team's telework plan.
Oversee Government Furnished Property (GFP) asset tracking and management.
Program Execution and Communication:
Lead and oversee all aspects of the program, including team coordination, performance monitoring, personnel management, budget oversight, and reporting.
Serve as the primary liaison with government stakeholders.
Participate in regular meetings with the government to review program status, discuss challenges, and align on upcoming initiatives.
Develop and present action plans and detailed roadmaps in response to government needs.
Ensure all contract deliverables are submitted on time and meet quality standards.
Security and Compliance:
Support all security-related matters in coordination with the government's Office of Security and Integrity (OSI) through the COR. This includes physical security, personnel security, and the safeguarding of all government data accessed by the contractor.
Agile Management and Transition Support:
Ensure consistent application of Agile practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Manage all Transition-In and Transition-Out activities as required under this task order.
