Project Manager III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Project Manager III to join their team.

Summary:
This role will provide project management and guidance for customers that impact communication and success initiatives. The Project Manager, together with leadership, is directly responsible for delivery of assigned projects within acceptable timeframes and quality standards.

Key Tasks:
* Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of activities
* Delivering assigned projects on schedule and aligned with the critical needs of the business or external customer
* Constructing the Work Breakdown Structure for the project as needed; Demonstrate proficiency in using project management software tools
* Managing the project lifecycle from start to finish
* Coordinating and facilitating project meetings and negotiating with staffing managers for project resources and other project needs
* Representing the Customer Communications Center of Excellence in cross-functional teams
* Identifying and making recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures
* Maintaining knowledge of project management trends and best practices
* Managing multiple projects running concurrently
* Performing all other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
* 5-7 years of experience required
* Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
* Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
* Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
* Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage one's time
* Knowledge of AdaptiveWork ideal
* PMI or PMP certification preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
