ServiceNow Architect Master ServiceNow Certification (Must)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with a Master ServiceNow Certification to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ITAM, Discovery, and CMDB, along with a proven track record of integrating multiple ServiceNow platforms in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow platform solutions.
Define ServiceNow architecture blueprint, governance standards, and best practices.
Provide expert guidance on ITAM, Discovery, CMDB, and other key modules.
Oversee M&A projects to integrate multiple ServiceNow instances/platforms.
Architect and implement integrations with enterprise systems (via APIs, MID Server, ESB, etc.).
Optimize platform performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and implementation teams.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow Master Architect standards and enterprise policies.

Required Qualifications

Master ServiceNow Certification (Mandatory)
10+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform design and architecture.
Proven expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Discovery, and CMDB.
Strong experience in platform integrations and enterprise-scale deployments.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and Service Portal design.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow governance and best practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, or Security Operations.
Hands-on experience in multi-instance consolidation and migration.
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps delivery methodologies.
