Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale marketing technology programs leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud and related MarTech platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic liaison between client stakeholders and Infosys project teams, driving successful delivery of marketing transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end MarTech programs across Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystems.
  • Define and manage program roadmaps, governance models, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Align project goals with business strategy, marketing priorities, and digital transformation objectives.
  1. Technology & Integration
  • Oversee design, implementation, and integration of Adobe MarTech solutions including Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Audience Manager.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and data integrity.
  • Drive platform optimization and adoption of new Adobe capabilities.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Present program progress, risks, and value outcomes to executive stakeholders.
  1. Operational Excellence
  • Implement Agile and Scrum practices for effective project delivery.
  • Monitor dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Maintain project documentation, compliance standards, and continuous improvement practices.
  1. Innovation & Optimization
  • Stay current on emerging MarTech trends and Adobe product innovations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing efficiency, personalization, and ROI through technology.
  • Recommend best practices for campaign automation, segmentation, and analytics-driven marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 10 15 years in Program/Project Management, with at least 3 5 years in the Adobe MarTech ecosystem.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, AEP, Campaign, Analytics, and Target.
  • Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC frameworks.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional and client-facing teams.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications: PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience bridging marketing and technology teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with global marketing operations, customer journey management, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to data platforms (CDP) and integration tools (MuleSoft, APIs) is an advantage.
