Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise security audit initiative. This role involves managing compliance efforts, coordinating remediation activities, and ensuring organizational readiness ahead of and during a formal security audit. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee deliverables, monitor progress, and provide executive-level reporting. This is a long-term contract position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee enterprise-wide security audit readiness efforts, including vulnerability management and compliance tasks.
Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, such as Information Security, Engineering, Compliance, and Application Support, to ensure timely completion of audit deliverables.
Manage remediation workflows, track progress, and ensure adherence to defined timelines.
Prepare technical architecture documentation and system diagrams to support audit requirements.
Develop and deliver executive-level reports and presentations summarizing audit readiness and project status.
Utilize project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Project, to organize and track tasks effectively.
Facilitate vendor compliance assessments and penetration test preparations.
Identify and mitigate risks related to security findings and vulnerabilities across multiple applications.
Monitor and report on task progress for over 80 applications spanning diverse business lines and technology stacks.
Collaborate with leadership to address critical audit findings and minimize compliance exposure.

Requirements

At least 7 years of project management experience, with a focus on technical security or compliance projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of security audits, compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2), and vulnerability management.
Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-scale projects involving diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional executive communication skills, including experience creating presentations for senior leadership.
Strong proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Project.
Experience developing technical documentation, including system diagrams and architectural reviews.
Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
Familiarity with remediation processes and vendor compliance requirements.
