Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce environments including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data access across Salesforce orgs.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and perform regular data audits and deduplication.
  • Support integration of Salesforce with other healthcare systems and platforms.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare domain workflows, compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA), and terminology.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, payers, or life sciences organizations.
  • Knowledge in Revenue Cloud is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security model and data governance best practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
  • Health Cloud or other Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL is a plus.
