Job Title: Network Administrator (with Systems Administration Experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator with strong systems administration capabilities to support and enhance our IT infrastructure. This role involves managing network systems, supporting internal users, and contributing to strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for staff, vendors, and external users.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, including Cisco switches and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Configure and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Monitor system and network performance to ensure stability and availability.
  • Lead and participate in IT projects, including hardware/software upgrades and network improvements.
  • Document procedures and maintain accurate records of configurations and changes.
  • Collaborate with vendors to procure and implement technology solutions.
  • Provide Level 2 support for service desk issues.
  • Assist with server and workstation maintenance, including imaging and updates.
  • Support secure remote access and VPN solutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and perform off-hours implementations as needed.

Required Skills & Experience (must haves):

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Cisco networking (CCNA or CCNP certification).
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco IOS, VLANs, and secure tunneling.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft and Linux server environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SCCM, WSUS, and Amazon Workspaces.
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum and ITIL methodologies.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $92000.00/yr.
