Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Seattle, WA

Job Summary :

Concentrix is looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead the delivery and growth of a critical Digital Authentication Services Platform for a major telecom provider. This role involves managing large cross-functional teams, ensuring security and compliance, and driving scalable solutions for identity verification, SSO, MFA, and fraud prevention across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of the Digital Authentication Services program.
  • Align delivery with business strategy, user experience priorities, and security compliance standards.
Team & Resource Management
  • Lead and mentor a large, distributed team including project managers, scrum masters, engineers, analysts, and support personnel.
  • Coordinate across multiple time zones and disciplines to ensure seamless execution.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary liaison for executive leadership, product owners, security teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Translate strategic business needs into executable roadmaps and delivery plans.
Platform Operations & Scalability
  • Oversee daily platform operations, incident response, and service-level adherence.
  • Lead efforts to modernize and scale platform infrastructure to meet evolving demand and performance expectations.
Security & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to telecom and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., SOX, CPNI, USGCI).
  • Collaborate with security and audit teams to support controls, reporting, and risk management.
Agile Program Delivery
  • Implement and evolve scaled Agile practices (e.g., SAFe).
  • Align multiple workstreams under a cohesive delivery and governance framework.
Risk & Budget Management
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships effectively.

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of program/project management experience in complex, enterprise-scale IT environments.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital identity, authentication, or security platforms.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, distributed teams (50+ FTEs/vendors).
  • Deep knowledge of authentication technologies (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect, biometrics, MFA).
  • Strong understanding of telecom operations, digital transformation, and cloud-native platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI, ISO 27001, CPNI).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with identity platforms such as ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, or similar solutions.
  • Certifications: PMP, Safe, Scrum Master or equivalent.
  • Prior work in telecom or large-scale consumer platforms (B2C).
  • Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

The base salary range for this position is $ 92,250 - $ 131,786 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
