JOB DESCRIPTION:
We re seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to support our Vehicle Validation organization, working closely with our NPI team to drive clarity, prioritization, and progress on late test part requests and validation readiness. This role will focus on keeping the validation schedule moving by assessing part delays, quantifying test and decision impacts, and coordinating recovery and workaround plans with cross-functional teams.

You ll also help maintain clean, accurate DVP test tickets and ensure validation assets are properly tracked, organized, and managed, driving improvements in asset data hygiene, traceability, and physical cleanliness/organization. Day-to-day, you ll orchestrate across engineering, validation, supply chain, and NPI facilitating issue triage, synchronizing schedules, and escalating blockers early to keep critical-path work on track.

We re looking for someone with 5+ years of technical program management experience in hardware/software development, validation, or NPI, and who is fluent in Jira, Confluence, Slack, schedules, and Microsoft Excel. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while bringing order and decision clarity to complex cross-functional programs.

Skills You ll Use Every Day
Jira (advanced): custom fields/workflows, boards/filters, JQL, dashboards, bulk edits.
Confluence (advanced): structured pages, templates, embedded Jira views, decision logs.
Slack: crisp async updates, channel rituals, decisions recap, bot/notification hygiene.
Schedules: MS Project/Smartsheet/Excel (resource-aware timelines, dependencies, critical path).
Excel/Sheets: pivots, lookups/index-match, data validation, conditional formatting, charts.
Data Management: source-of-truth discipline
Clear, concise written and verbal communication able to brief execs and guide ICs.
