Job Title: ServiceNow FSM Developer
Location: San Francisco, CA
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) Senior Developer to design, develop, and optimize FSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in FSM modules, integrations, and complex customizations, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow FSM solutions aligned with business requirements

Lead end-to-end FSM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades

Configure and customize FSM components such as Work Orders, Dispatching, Scheduling, Mobile Agent, Inventory, and Asset Management

Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows/Flow Designer
-
Build and support REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems

Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and platform best practices

Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers

Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing operations
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management)

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts

Experience with Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Actions, and ACLs
-
Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB
-
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)

ServiceNow FSM or CSA/CAD certifications preferred
-
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in large enterprise or field-service-driven environments

Exposure to ITSM, CSM, or Asset Management modules

Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
