Job Description:
The Sr. Analyst Mktg Technology Operations (Workfront) is designated to support and administer integrations of the marketing tools, systems and platforms that provide the foundation for the internal marketing agency, specifically Adobe Workfront. These tools provide the infrastructure for request management, content creation and distribution of marketing materials for both internal and external clients, across all the audiences and markets that the client serves and supports. This individual will need to be comfortable working both independently and in a team environment with stakeholders both on the team and across the organization. To be successful, this person should have experience in Adobe Workfront, a curious mindset, demonstrate extreme attention to detail, have a strong comfort with data and systems and be confident in their ability to integrate complex systems.
Essential Functions:
- Assist & execute on new Workfront configurations along with enhancing the existing ones
- Discuss requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop integration solutions that align with business objectives
- Design, maintain, and enhance Workfront workflows, system integrations, complex custom forms, fields, approval flows etc. to enhance user experience.
- Analyze and optimize the operations behind the business workflows, automated notifications, etc. to help streamline project management and support continuous improvement.
- Expertise in Workfront Fusion
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Adobe Workfront and related technologies to continuously improve integration strategies.
- Troubleshoot issues in a timely, effective, efficient and professional manner
- Effectively communicate system changes and enhancements to user base
- Monitor and maintain the performance of Adobe Workfront integrations to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that Adobe Workfront solutions are effectively supporting project delivery and timelines
- Provide regular reports and updates on the status of Adobe Workfront integrations to stakeholders and management
- Oversee QA and testing for Workfront and individual campaign builds
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of backend related experience working in enterprise-wide tools including Workfront
- Workfront fusion experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of tools, processes, and operations planning to include emerging industry and technology trends
- Experience working with complex projects
- Ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines
- Curious mindset
