Job Details

Responsibilities:
Data Modeling and Architecture: Design and implement robust data models to support
business reporting and analytics requirements. Develop and maintain data architecture,
ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.

Business Intelligence: Utilize SSRS and Power Platform to create interactive and insightful
reports for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with Finance and other departments to
understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data visualizations.

Web Development: Develop and enhance web applications using modern web development
frameworks and technologies. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing
elements such as web forms with server-side logic.

Database Administration: Perform database administration tasks, including schema design,
indexing, and optimization for SQL Server databases. Ensure the security, integrity, and
performance of databases.

API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and develop custom APIs to facilitate data exchange
between different systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API integrations.

Programming Languages: Utilize programming languages such as Python and JavaScript to
develop custom solutions, automate processes, and enhance system functionality.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including attorneys, data scientists,
and other developers, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed
solutions, APIs, and databases.

Proactively assume other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a combination of employment, educational, and life
experience that demonstrates the qualities and skills below:

Education and Experience: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer with a focus on SSRS, Power Platform, web development, and database administration. Strong proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and database optimization techniques required. Experience with
Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
necessary, as is knowledge of API development and integration using RESTful APIs, as well as
proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern
frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). Programming skills in Python for automation and data
manipulation and a knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices also required.
Certification in relevant technologies, frameworks, and platforms is highly desirable.
