Oracle Procure to Pay Cloud Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Procure to Pay Cloud Functional expert to serve as the backbone for the business team to ensure successful Oracle Fusion Implementation in the Procure to Pay Area. This critical role will oversee and validate the work done by a Big 4 implementation partner while ensuring seamless integration across our enterprise systems.

Oracle Procure to Pay Cloud Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (PST) with milestone-based travel

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional oversight of Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P implementation
• Review and validate implementation partner deliverables and configurations
• Execute comprehensive unit testing and integration testing protocols
• Collaborate with end-users to conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Design, build, and document data flows and process workflows across Oracle Fusion Cloud and legacy systems
• Drive optimization of month-end finance close processes and reconciliation procedures
• Serve as subject matter expert for business stakeholders and technical teams
• Take full ownership of assigned workstreams and deliverables

Required Expertise:

• Strong Oracle Procure to Pay Cloud experience with deep functional knowledge
• Heavy expertise in Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management modules
• Have strong accounting and finance background
• Proven track record in ERP implementations with Big 4 consulting firms
• Experience in testing methodologies including unit, integration, and UAT
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills
• Retail industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated strong work ethics and ability to work independently
• Self-motivated professional who takes ownership and accountability for results
