Location: San Jose, CA (Remote)

Note: Candidates based out of PST Time zone would be preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our team and collaborate with business stakeholders on capturing, refining, and delivering product requirements. This role will act as a bridge between business teams and technical implementation teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, functional requirements, and delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate will have Salesforce expertise, strong facilitation skills, and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to capture and refine business requirements.
  • Maintain and update the Aha feature board.
  • Facilitate discovery/solution workshops with stakeholders.
  • Document acceptance criteria and business use cases.
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies impacting delivery.
  • Translate business/functional requirements and priorities for implementation teams.
  • Participate in grooming sessions with development teams.
  • Support UAT/BAT planning, execution, and facilitation.
  • Document and manage Change Requests & approvals.
  • Prepare and distribute release notes and communication.
  • Conduct stakeholder demos and maintain train-the-trainer documentation.
  • Communicate product priorities, change requests, and key business issues to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Salesforce hands-on experience with strong understanding of integrations/tools.
  • Salesforce certification required.
  • Proficiency in diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Aha and JIRA for tracking product requirements.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
