Deloitte's SAP practice helps clients move from legacy systems to enterprise-wide solutions by efficiently designing and implementing SAP solutions. Each SAP implementation focuses on achieving results that support businesses strategies through process improvement, technology, and innovation.
Our work is varied and challenging, involving clients considering first time implementations as well as those experienced businesses looking to enhance their business applications. We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react in digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years' relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
- 2 years of experience working in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry or with A&D clients
- Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Production Planning ( PP ) and SAP Materials Management ( MM )
- Implementation experience with SAP APO/Production Planning (PP/DS) or Spare Parts Planning (SPP)
- Experience with SAP Manufacturing Execution (MES), and /or Production Engineering and Operations (PEO)
- Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP Supply Chain implementations , preferably with A&D industry clients
- Workstream lead on at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation
- S4 HANA implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Desired:
- Prior "Big 4" consulting experience
- Experience leading blueprint design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience contributing to pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs
- Implementation experience with SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies
- Signavio experience
- Greenfield implementation experience
- Master's degree
