We are urgently seeking a SuccessFactors Integration Analyst to support end-to-end integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), EC Payroll, Workforce Software, and various third-party systems.
The role is 70% technical and 30% functional, requiring strong expertise in EC / EC Pro, CPI, and WFS Time & Absence modules.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors on data requirements, timelines, SLAs, and error-handling processes.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable integration designs and functional specifications.

  • Build and manage integration flows between SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, finance, time-tracking, benefits, and on-prem systems.

  • Perform data mapping, validation, transformation, and error resolution.

  • Conduct unit, system, and end-to-end testing; own defect resolution.

  • Maintain integration documentation, specs, diagrams, and error logs.

  • Collaborate with module leads to identify improvements and optimizations.

  • Willingness to learn additional SuccessFactors modules as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central and EC Payroll integrations.

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, and Workforce Software (Time, Absence, Scheduling).

  • Deep understanding of EC data models, EC-Payroll replication, and integration best practices.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends/holidays to meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills to convey technical and non-technical information clearly.

  • Ability to evaluate priorities and adapt to evolving project needs.

  • Willingness to travel when required.
