Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) cloud solutions. This senior-level role demands a deep understanding of logistics, transportation, and trade compliance processes, along with strong technical leadership.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure optimal solution delivery, team mentorship, and successful project execution from the client office in Houston, TX. 6+ Months.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud

  • Design robust OTM/GTM integrations with external systems (ERP, WMS, etc.)

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams

  • Troubleshoot and resolve OTM/GTM-related technical challenges

  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15 25 years of overall experience, including senior-level leadership in OTM/GTM projects

  • Expertise in:

    • Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

    • Global Trade Management (GTM)

    • OTM Cloud Integrations

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale OTM/GTM implementations

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master s preferred)

Preferred Skills:

  • Supply Chain and Logistics domain knowledge

  • Experience with:

    • JDE - E1

    • Oracle Cloud SCM

    • Oracle EBS

    • Fusion Middleware

    • SQL/PLSQL

    • Java/J2EE

    • EDI/XML standards

  • Exposure to Agile project environments
