Job Duties: Develop, implement, and support complex business process workflow systems using specialized PEGA knowledge and highly developed business expertise. Monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements. Analyze the business IT environment (run, grow and transform the business) to detect critical deficiencies, and recommend solutions for improvement (systems of record, differentiation, and innovation). Participate in business requirements grooming and provide feasibility, gap analysis, bring technical solutions to the business needs. Assist with the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations. Provide development coding standards and guardrail metrics. Ensure quality code is maintained by following guardrails and coding standards, Pega unit tests and implement automated test plan on the PEGA platform. Mentor junior team members in best practices and standards.
What you have
Job Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Engineering (any), or a related field and 6 years of progressive, post-Bachelor's related experience. Experience must include 72 months of experience in each of the following skills: RESTful web services, SOAP, REST, and File integration connectors/services; Data modeling and Pega Situational Layer Cake; Oracle SQL, PL/SQL or PostgreSQL; Pega RULES Process Commander (PRPC) platform, case management, and Enterprise Class Structure (ECS); Architecture, design, development, testing, deployments, and delivery of enterprise and Tier 1 applications using BPM and J2EE technologies; Tracer, Log Viewer, Tracer Viewer, Telerik Fiddler, Database Trace, and Pega RULES Log Analyzer (PLA); and Agile development model and scrum methodology for developing software applications.
