We have an immediate requirement for Senior Data Integration & Customer Experience Architect@GA.
Job Description:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Data & Integration Expertise:

  • 7 10 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and SQL Server: including data modelling, performance tuning, and working with structured/semi-structured data.
  • End-to-end ETL development experience using tools like Informatica IDMC, Spring Batch, Autosys.
  • Integration experience with platforms such as Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and external/internal APIs.
  • Proficiency in data ingestion and automation using Python scripting or orchestration tools in cloud environments.

Analytics & Visualization:

  • Expertise in Power BI: including dashboard design, Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Grafana/Elastic Stack for real-time monitoring and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of AI insights generation from enterprise data, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.

Programming & Architecture:

  • Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
  • Familiarity with Genesys PureCloud APIs, SDKs, and Architect Flow design.
  • Experience in large-scale platform transformations and handling multiple concurrent development projects.
  • Awareness of data governance, quality, and automation best practices.

Soft Skills & Methodologies:

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to operate within an Agile development framework.
  • Ability to influence across teams and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Bachelor's or master s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
