Contracts Manager
Washington DC - Hybrid/Remote- Preferred local candidates from DMV areas
Long term Contract
Reqd. skills/Exp: Expert in teaming and contracting discussions.
Expertise:
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution and closeout, ensuring compliance with Client regulations and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure alignment on contract terms and conditions.
- Prepare and present contract status reports and updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure contracts remain compliant and competitive.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters.
