Job Title: UI Architect AEM & Front-End

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Important Skill: Need be a very strong communicator, thought leader who is trusted advisor to clients, technically hands-on and delivered global modern web experiences using design systems.

Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled UI Architect with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern front-end frameworks (React preferred) to lead the design and development of scalable, component-driven UI systems for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and lead design systems in AEM using React, Vue, or Angular.

Build pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive UI components.

Develop and customize AEM Sites components (HTL/Sightly, templates, client libraries).

Integrate with Figma and Storybook for design and documentation.

Collaborate across teams and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Required Skills:

8+ years in front-end/UI development; 3+ years in UI architecture.

Strong AEM experience (HTL/Sightly, editable templates, etc.).

Proficiency in React (preferred), Tailwind CSS, MUI, or Adobe Spectrum.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA).

Nice to Have:

AEM as a Cloud Service, performance optimization, mentoring/team leadership.
