Piper Companies is seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position will be hybrid in Greensboro, NC . The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for doing market research to come up with compensation plans that align with overall strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities for the Compensation Analyst:
- Utilize survey data platforms, PayScale, Mercer's MarketPay, and Willis Towers Watson survey tools.
- Help with design and assessment of job architecture, salary structures, and pay ranges.
- Analyze market trends and pay equity data to support recommendations.
Qualifications for the Compensation Analyst:
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or a related role.
- Understanding of compensation fundamentals.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to review job content in salary databases and publicly available sources
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation for the Compensation Analyst:
- Salary Range: $80,000-90,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
