The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven techniques, statistical analysis, and machine learning models to uncover insights, solve complex business problems, and drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.

Design, build, and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.

Develop data pipelines, statistical models, and visualization dashboards to communicate insights effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data engineers, and product managers to define and solve key business challenges.

Apply statistical analysis, NLP, and AI techniques to extract patterns and trends from data.

Evaluate model performance and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.

Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership in a clear, compelling manner.

Required Skills & Experience:

6+years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.

Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).

Excellent knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn).

Strong understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.

Experience working with large datasets and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Databricks, or Hadoop).

Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and model deployment.

Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or time-series forecasting.

Proven ability to translate data into business impact
