Hours & Pay
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $24-$27 per hour
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
- Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay
What You'll Do (Daily Tasks)
- Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain, update, and monitor computer systems, servers, and network equipment
- Install, configure, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi networks
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and systems
- Ensure high network uptime by coordinating with Internet Service Providers
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and IT hardware
- Track and manage company devices, including computers, tablets, phones, and RF scanners
- Support ERP systems such as NetSuite and assist with user access and troubleshooting
- Set up and manage Google video conferencing systems and support future VoIP integration
- Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades, cloud migrations, and infrastructure improvements
- Provide IT support for onsite meetings, trainings, events, and occasional offsite expos
- Create user guides and provide training for new systems and software
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or IT specialist role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and Wi-Fi
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and virtualization tools (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Experience with cybersecurity tools, backup, and recovery systems
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move throughout the facility as needed
