Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom tooling using modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or similar.
  • Configure and manage integrations between multiple enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and security.
  • Work with APIs, webhooks, and structured data formats (e.g., JSON) to facilitate seamless data exchange.
  • Implement and maintain observability solutions using tools like Splunk, SignalFX, Datadog, or ELK, and apply best practices for logging, metrics, and tracing.
  • Monitor and respond to production alerts, incidents, and service requests to maintain a 99.9% SLA for business-critical services.
  • Manage and coordinate with third-party software vendors, ensuring proper support and escalation processes are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to develop custom tools and automate workflows using scripting or programming languages (Python, Go, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data handling.
  • Experience with observability tools and practices for maintaining highly available services.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle production incidents in complex, distributed environments.
  • Experience managing vendor-supported software systems and coordinating issue resolution.

Nice to Have
  • Experience deploying and managing infrastructure using Configuration/Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Packer).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce administration and implementing configuration changes.
  • Experience developing applications or automations on the Slack platform.
