Network Infrastructure Support Engineer

iO Associates are currently partnered with a fast-growing MSP known for their top-tier IT support and close client relationships. They are currently seeking a Network Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for client IT infrastructure.


This includes answering tickets, managing endpoints, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring optimal network and application performance.


Key accountability areas include:
* Ensuring seamless operation and reliability of managed client IT systems
* Promptly resolving technical issues and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Support and configure network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, VLANs, routing, and wireless systems
* Implement and maintain VoIP and structured cabling solutions
* Manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Endpoint Manager (Intune), Active Directory, and security configurations
* Ensure efficient backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures
* Work with vendors for expedited troubleshooting and resolution of hardware/software issues


Qualifications & Experience
* Degree (or comparable work experience) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (Associate's preferred)
* Networking experience: Firewall, Switches, Routing, VLANs, Wireless, and VoIP
* Expertise with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Endpoint Manager (Intune)
* Understanding of operating systems, business applications, and network security
* Experience with ticketing systems, RMM tools, and remote IT support platforms
* Professional IT certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA, ITIL, or equivalent (preferred)
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills


This role is on site in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Open to U.S. Citizens and Holders.
