Job Description

• 12 Years IT Experience Mandate.
• Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Customize and configure Dynamics CRM to support various business processes.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations to extend the functionality of Dynamics CRM. Perform data migrations and integrations with other systems using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution designs. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM and related systems.
• Document technical specifications, system configurations, and customizations. Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics CRM updates, best practices, and industry trends.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Strong proficiency in SQL Server and Transact-SQL (T-SQL). Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, and .NET development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
