Pay Range:$40.61-$58.01/Hrs

Description:
* Drive successful delivery of technology projects in a specific technology space.
* Capture and support delivery of business requirements.
* Collaborate with development teams to implement technology changes.
* Remediate risks and issues to ensure project success.
* Organize and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
* Facilitate communication with strong verbal and written skills.
* Work independently and motivate team members.

Key Responsibilities:
* Capture and document business requirements for technology projects.
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure technology changes are implemented.
* Identify and remediate risks and issues throughout project phases.
* Drive end-to-end delivery of key initiatives.
* Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:
* Strong background in business analysis with experience in capital markets.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Strong facilitation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently and initiate tasks.
* Proven experience motivating team members to perform.
* Strong working knowledge of all project phases and methods/tools.
