Healthcare Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of business analysis practices including requirements elicitation, specification, verification, and management.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Visio.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum project delivery models.

• Familiarity with system testing across varied platforms and devices.

• Ability to analyze and map business processes (AS-IS/TO-BE).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong documentation and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

• Experience in creating detailed traceability matrices and business process documentation.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Case Management experience is a plus.

• Experience mentoring and coaching team members is a plus.
