10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-functional implementation or maintenance.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, OTBI, Compensation.
Hands-on with Redwood UI, VBCS, and HCM Data Masking.
Technical Exposure: Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, BIP, HDL, PBL.
Strong configuration, testing, and issue-resolution capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and documentation abilities.
Strong ability to identify issues, analyze requirements, and develop effective solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Implementation and support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Goals, Learning, OLC, ORC, and Security (Role Provisioning).
Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration.
Configure business processes, approval workflows (BPM), enterprise structures, and workforce models.
Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training.
Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL.
Provide best practice guidance.
Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams for seamless delivery.
Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OIC, and HDL.
Design and write Fast Formulas (Payroll/ABS/Benefits/Compensation/Element Eligibility).
Build OTBI, BIP, and Dashboard reports for Business HR and HR Ops teams.
Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Oracle batch job system for performance and scalability.
Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
