This role is critical in ensuring that policy system configurations and documentation accurately reflect regulatory and product changes. The ideal candidate will not only bring strong technical expertise in systems like DXC PointIn, AS400, and DocuMaker, but also thrive in a collaborative team environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret product changes from regulatory bodies such as the Department of Insurance, NCCI, and ISO, and translate them into actionable system requirements.
- Configure and maintain product setup in the DXC PointIn policy administration system to align with approved product and compliance updates.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and scripts to support policy data maintenance and reporting needs within AS400 environments.
- Update and maintain insurance forms and rule logic in DocuMaker to reflect approved changes and maintain form integrity.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, compliance analysts, and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation of system changes.
- Participate in system testing, issue resolution, and validation efforts to confirm accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Provide ongoing technical support for product configuration issues and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Engage actively in team discussions, knowledge sharing, and planning sessions, contributing to a supportive and results-driven team culture.
