Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Crystal Reports Consultant with strong expertise in Embedded Analytics reporting, Callidus, and SAP Commissions. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, publishing, and maintaining complex reports while working closely with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into effective analytics solutions.

Must Have Skills

  • SAP Crystal Reports (advanced level)

    • Formula creation

    • Report layout customization

    • Grouping, sorting, and formatting

  • Embedded Analytics reporting

  • Callidus

    • Report configuration and publishing

  • SAP Commissions

  • SQL / Data Query Languages (as required by data sources)

  • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting design principles

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements to determine reporting and data needs

  • Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports using embedded analytics

  • Configure and publish reports in Callidus

  • Work with SAP Commissions data models

  • Apply filters, formulas, and optimized layouts for business reporting

  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure accurate and effective reporting solutions

  • Provide support and enhancements for existing reports

Nice to Have

  • Strong documentation skills

  • Experience working with complex compensation and commission reporting environments

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
