Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Analyst II to support a professional services procurement team in performing detailed data assessments, reporting, and consulting services. This hybrid role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to support data-driven decision-making processes related to rate negotiations and program evaluation.
The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of interpreting and presenting complex data sets to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in procurement environments or with workforce salary data is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret large and complex data sets to support internal and external customer negotiations.
- Design and develop tools, methodologies, and reports for effective data analysis and presentation.
- Examine and ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Research new data sources, tools, and best practices to enhance current analysis capabilities.
- Use database applications and analytical tools to create dashboards, reports, and insights.
- Develop documentation, compile statistics, and deliver comprehensive reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights through data analytics to guide decision-making.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through written reports and oral presentations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather data requirements and ensure project alignment.
- Plan, facilitate, and conduct training sessions, peer reviews, or meetings as needed.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Apply organizational policies, procedures, and program guidelines effectively within data analysis tasks.
