Role: Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Type: Contract

Job Description:
Provide technical expertise and leadership to a team supporting Salesforce design and build activities. Ensure solutions are aligned with architectural objectives, validated, optimized, and successfully deployed to production. Mentor team members, champion standard processes, and troubleshoot development and test environment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a highly skilled Salesforce team.

  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through hiring, vendor management, coaching, and performance management.

  • Partner with leadership, vendors, and team members to deliver robust technical solutions on time.

  • Oversee project design, configuration, implementation, testing, validation, and service delivery.

  • Ensure technical accuracy and completeness of designs, documentation, and build activities.

  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, standards, and SDLC practices.

  • Troubleshoot issues, lead root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

  • Define, track, and report performance metrics and escalate issues as needed.

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and present value to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of progressive experience, including hands-on and leadership roles.

  • Proven delivery of multiple initiatives and strong execution skills.

  • Experience influencing and coaching without direct authority.

  • Strong reasoning and troubleshooting skills.

  • In-depth, hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, integrations, security, administration).

  • Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions, preferably including Financial Cloud.

  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and Salesforce integration capabilities (SOAP, REST, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

  • Ability to negotiate and persuade in moderately complex situations.
