We're seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst with experience supporting implementations of COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) software solutions, ideally within the pension administration or ERP software space. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their business processes, translate requirements into technical designs, and support the configuration and customization of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client business processes and translate them into detailed software configuration and customization requirements

  • Collaborate with project teams to document business requirements and functional specifications

  • Write and modify SQL Server scripts to support data analysis and system integration

  • Use business process modeling tools to develop and test process flows

  • Support system testing and debugging efforts throughout implementation phases

  • Act as a liaison between client stakeholders, developers, and internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with expectations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on application development or implementation projects

  • 4+ years of experience working with SQL Server (must be able to write and understand SQL queries)

  • 4+ years of experience in software development or implementation

  • Experience implementing COTS products in pension administration, ERP, or similar industries

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Permanent U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not available)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with retirement system processes or legacy software migrations

  • Experience using diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio

This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative implementation team with growth potential. Limited travel may be required (10–25%) during peak project phases.
