• Proactively address challenges and implement solutions.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Effectively oversee project closeouts and lessons learned

• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

• Technical Expertise:
  Possess a strong understanding of security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
  Review and approve design packages, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
  Coordinate with design teams to develop accurate and detailed design documentation.
  Oversee the selection and procurement of appropriate equipment and materials.
  Ability to explain and enforce application of security standards to other stakeholders
  Create security design packages, ensuring all designs comply with industry, federal, state, and local codes (e.g., NFPA) and client requirements.
  Utilize working knowledge of CAD and BlueBeam to develop and review design documentation.

• Client Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations
