Title: Enterprise Applications Manager – Oracle Fusion PLM (Long-Term Contract)
Location: Simi Valley, CA (Onsite)
Contract: Long-term

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to lead our team and serve as the hands-on Oracle Fusion PLM SME. This role focuses on managing and developing the team, overseeing the engineering applications portfolio (Oracle Fusion PLM, GitLab, JIRA, SolidWorks, CAD/PDM), and driving continuous improvement, system compliance, and cross-functional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Enterprise Applications Analyst team

  • Serve as the Oracle Fusion PLM SME, guiding configuration, administration, integration, and compliance

  • Oversee engineering applications management and ensure license compliance

  • Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and business units on enterprise solutions

  • Design and implement automation, process improvements, and skill development plans

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years in enterprise applications administration, including Oracle Fusion PLM

  • 5+ years of people management or team leadership experience

  • Hands-on experience with GitLab, JIRA, SolidWorks, CAD/PDM, and related licensing

  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to mentor teams, manage complex projects, and deliver scalable solutions

Nice to Have:

  • PMP, CAPM, or relevant project management certification

  • Oracle Fusion PLM or Data Management certifications
