Job Title: End Point Manager

Location: Remote (Austin TX)
Duration: 12 Months
Work Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement endpoint management policies and procedures to ensure endpoint security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage endpoint security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection software, and security patches, to protect the organization's data and network from cyber threats.
  • Manage endpoint deployment, provisioning, and software updates to ensure that the organization's endpoints are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Analyze endpoint performance, troubleshoot issues that may arise and work closely with other IT professionals to ensure that the organization's network infrastructure is operating effectively and securely.
  • Evaluate new endpoint technology solutions and recommend appropriate solutions that align with the organization's needs and objectives.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and end-users to provide technical support, training, and guidance on endpoint management best practices and policies.
  • Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
