We are seeking a dynamic and confident Technical Product Owner to spearhead the tech strategy for our diverse portfolio of companies. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, transforming business initiatives into actionable user stories. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of our digital products and data-driven solutions, ensuring their success and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and articulate strategy and vision in collaboration with business and technology teams.
  • Translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories for engineering and technical teams.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing projects with the highest impact.
  • Partner with external vendors and stakeholders, ensuring accountability and support on deliverables.
  • Gather user feedback and conduct research to inform product decisions.
  • Support teams through change management and adaptation processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee product planning and manage product releases.
  • Serve as the key product subject matter expert (SME) and liaison between tech teams, stakeholders, and users.

Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years of experience in product management, focusing on technical products.
  • At least 3 years of experience with data-intensive products and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Agile environments and confidence in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, effectively bridging business and technology teams.
  • Proven experience in defining and managing a product backlog.
  • Expertise in writing detailed requirements and user stories.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data ingestion and SQL database concepts.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms.
  • Background in healthcare and/or insurance is a plus.
