Job Details
Role: Scrum Master
Location: Onsite
Duration: 20 Weeks
Must-Have Skills:
Strong business analysis and SQL skills
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PMI-ACP)
Proficiency in Atlassian Suite (Jira & Confluence)
Responsibilities:
Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams
Support onboarding and ticket triage.
Analyze data to drive insights.
Ensure adherence to Freddie Mac Agile controls
Facilitate self-organizing, high-performing teams.
Collaborate across multiple Agile teams (Ingestion, Pipeline, Consumption, Automation)
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant IT experience
Strong facilitation and multitasking skills
Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Hands-on Jira/Confluence experience
Scrum certification required
SQL and data analysis skills preferred
Nice-to-Have:
Prior Freddie Mac experience
Experience with customer onboarding and data platforms
