Piper Companies is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager for a remote opportunity within a health insurance organization. The Behavioral Health Care Manger will be serving as an essential bridge between health care and medical coverage.

Responsibilities of the Behavioral Health Care Manager:
- Assess medical records, care plans, and medical charts to provide quality care for patients
- Prepare and analyze data from electrical medical records
- Coordinate with patients and providers to produce high quality behavioral health care services
- Perform comprehensive assessment of the member's behavioral health status, educational, and level of support needs
Qualifications of the Behavioral Health Care Manager:
- LCSW required
- RN or LPN- North Carolina license
- 3 + years of behavioral health case management experience
- Critical care experience
Compensation for the Behavioral Health Care Manager:
- Annual Salary Range: $35-$38/hr based on relative experience
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and sick leave as requried by law.
