Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Analyst to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in enhancing and maintaining our Salesforce platform to support key business functions, including matter management, contract lifecycle management, and sustainability initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple business teams and make a significant impact on our real estate and asset management operations.

Responsibilities:
Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and document functional requirements.
Define and validate measurable acceptance criteria to align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Collect and interpret data to create insightful reports and dashboards for informed decision-making.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and facilitate workshops.
Manage and configure Salesforce environments, including user management, security settings, and data integrity.
Design and implement custom Salesforce applications using tools such as Lightning App Builder and Flow Builder.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications, including DocuSign, Litify, and SharePoint, to streamline workflows.
Develop and maintain key artifacts, such as solution review presentations, user stories, and integration diagrams.
Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect to support initiatives within the Legal Pod.
Implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and manage custom objects, fields, and workflows.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, and data migrations.
Proven experience with at least one project related to matter management, contract lifecycle, or e-signature solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Waterfall or Scrum, and tools like Jira or Workfront.
Proficiency in defining and managing technical acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
Salesforce certifications, including Admin and App Builder, are required; additional certifications like Business Analyst or Sales Cloud are preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to simplify complex topics into actionable insights.
A commitment to continuous learning, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem, and adaptability to various communication styles.
