We are seeking an experienced Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA, formerly Kofax, KTA) Developer with strong application development skills to design, build, and support intelligent automation and workflow solutions. This role combines deep TTA platform expertise with traditional software engineering skills, including .NET development, API integration, scripting, and SQL optimization.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing advanced business process automation, document capture/workflow solutions, and is comfortable working within modern DevOps and source-control practices.

We are seeking an experienced Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA, formerly Kofax, KTA) Developer with strong application development skills to design, build, and support intelligent automation and workflow solutions. This role combines deep TTA platform expertise with traditional software engineering skills, including .NET development, API integration, scripting, and SQL optimization.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing advanced business process automation, document capture/workflow solutions, and is comfortable working within modern DevOps and source-control practices.
Key Responsibilities
Tungsten TotalAgility Development
- Design, configure, and implement TTA workflows, forms, capture processes, and business rules for our baseline product offering.
- Develop TTA applications integrating with ERP/Finance/AP or enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft is a plus)
- Build custom TTA components, scripts, and connectors to meet automation requirements
- Design and develop proprietary analytical capabilities
- Troubleshoot and optimize TTA workflows, work queues, and service steps
- Supporting customer requests, bugs and enhancements
- Support TTA upgrades, deployments, environment configuration, and platform best-practices
- Experience with C# for developing / consuming .NET assemblies and WCF Services.
- Build UI enhancements using JavaScript / jQuery / CSS
- Consume and build REST and SOAP APIs, JSON/XML integrations with TTA or .Net applications.
- Write SQL scripts and stored procedures for application logic and reporting
- Develop automation utilities or support tooling where necessary
SDLC, Source Control & Release Management
- Use GitHub for version control, branching, pull requests, and code reviews
- Participate in structured release management, CI/CD processes, and environment promotion strategies
- Document technical designs, system configurations, and deployment procedures
- Partner with QA and infrastructure teams on deployment readiness and support
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tungsten TotalAgility (formerly Kofax, KTA)
- TTA process design, scripting, custom activities, forms, queues, capture, and integration
- Proficient in:
- C# / .NET Framework
- JavaScript / jQuery
- MS SQL Server development
- Experience integrating and consuming REST / SOAP APIs
- Understanding of SDLC, Git-based version control and branching workflows
- Strong debugging, problem solving, and performance optimization skills
- Experience with OCR, AP automation, capture workflows, or ERP integration
- Experience in developing Ext JS application framework for building interactive cross-platform web applications.
- Familiarity with:
- Oracle SQL
- MS SQL query optimization for analytics/reporting workloads
- CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Knowledge of TTA deployment across multi-environment pipelines
- Other object-oriented languages such as Java
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams
- Ownership mindset with attention to quality and delivery timelines
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or a closely related field.
