Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: $55.00 USD Hourly - $65.00 USD Hourly
Description: About the Role

As an Integration & Test Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain solutions for integrating and testing in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance meets technical, schedule, and cost requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain integration and testing solutions for hardware and software components.
  • Translate customer requirements into system test solutions that meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Define functional and technical specifications, resolve hardware/software interface issues, and ensure full system integration.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for systems and subsystems.
  • Coordinate testing activities across programs and organizations.
  • Analyze test results and prepare detailed evaluation reports to verify and validate system performance.
  • Write discrepancy reports and perform regression testing to validate fixes across software, components, and systems.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in software development (C, C++, LabVIEW preferred).
  • 4-6 years of experience in production environments.
  • 6+ years of experience in test equipment design.
  • 6+ years of experience in electronic testing.
  • 6+ years of experience in mechanical testing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with LabVIEW/LabWindows CVI and NI tools for development and maintenance of complex systems.
  • Strong programming skills in C and C++, combined with ATE hardware integration expertise (switches, VXI/PXI chassis, EO testing, automation).
  • Experience developing and maintaining automated test equipment in high-volume production environments.
  • Familiarity with electro-optic sensor solutions for military platforms.
