Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Process Modeler to support the design, analysis, implementation, and optimization of business processes across various functional areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management experience, hands-on expertise with process modeling tools (Visio or ARIS preferred), and the ability to work collaboratively with director-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, process-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, models, and documentation using tools such as Visio or ARIS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to capture process requirements and align on desired outcomes.
- Support program and project management activities, ensuring process-related deliverables are met within timelines.
- Conduct process mapping workshops and facilitate discussions to ensure accurate process representation.
- Identify process bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities, providing recommendations to leadership.
- Assist in the standardization and governance of business process documentation across departments.
- Partner with technology and business teams to align process designs with system functionality and business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 6 years of experience in business process modeling, program/project management, or business analysis.
- Strong proficiency in process modeling tools such as Visio, with ARIS experience highly preferred.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and director-level stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience conducting process improvement initiatives or supporting digital transformation programs.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise process maps.
- Familiarity with business process frameworks (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ARIS tool expertise or certification.
- Experience with business mapping and enterprise process documentation standards.
- Background in industries such as finance, insurance, healthcare, or technology preferred.
