Job Details

  • Mentor Scrum Masters and coach product owners, teams, and leadership on Agile practices

  • Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

  • Remove impediments and foster a high-performing Agile environment

  • Track team metrics and provide reporting to stakeholders on delivery progress and team health

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope, timeline, and resources

  • Promote Agile adoption and maturity across the organization

    • Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience in Agile project management and/or Scrum Master roles

    • 3+ years as an Agile Coach guiding teams at the enterprise level

    • Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

    • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)

    • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills

    • Agile certifications preferred (CSM, CSP, SAFe Agilist, ICAgile Coach, etc.)
