RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Integration Analyst in Maryland Heights, MO.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical, flexible, and proactive individual to help scale delivery capacity and improve project execution across multiple development teams. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, project management, and systems understanding - supporting stakeholder alignment, requirements gathering, and ensuring development teams have everything they need to execute efficiently.

This individual will be assigned to a specific stakeholder group and will act as the connective tissue between business needs, systems impacts, and technical delivery. The right candidate thrives in ambiguity, can identify gaps before they cause downstream issues, and knows how to anticipate and drive conversations forward.

Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with assigned stakeholder groups to understand priorities, gather requirements, and identify potential issues or dependencies early
* Perform detailed gap and impact analysis across interconnected systems and processes
* Drive clarity during project intake - ensuring the right questions are asked and the right information is captured for development teams
* Create and maintain process flows, documentation, and requirements templates that clearly communicate project intent and dependencies
* Facilitate prioritization discussions with stakeholders and provide transparency into project tradeoffs and downstream impacts
* Communicate effectively across levels - from executive stakeholders to technical teams - translating complex information into clear, actionable insights
* Stay ahead of issues and risks; Proactively surface challenges with recommended solutions
* Collaborate within a fast-moving environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and continuous reprioritization

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or project coordination roles within an SDLC-driven environment (flexible for the right candidate)
* Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities while maintaining structure and momentum
* Strong analytical mindset - able to deconstruct complex problems, identify dependencies, and synthesize information quickly
* Experience creating process flows, documenting requirements, and supporting system or product-driven projects
* Demonstrated experience working in highly dynamic environments where priorities shift quickly
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with both executives and technical teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Jira

Preferred Skills:
* Background in telecommunications or large-scale enterprise environments
* Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) or agile delivery models
* History of wearing multiple hats across BA, PM, or technical writing disciplines
* Strong problem-solving examples - demonstrating how you've identified, communicated, and resolved gaps in past projects
