RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Belcamp, MD.
Duties Include:
* Manage and deliver 3-5 projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance
* Project Manager will develop, maintain, and track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones
* Engage with government stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
* Use Confluence for documentation, collaboration, and knowledge management
* Use JIRA to manage tasks, workflows, issue tracking, and reporting
* Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve program issues
* As a Project Manager, you will prepare and deliver program status reports, executive briefings, and stakeholder updates
* Ensure compliance with DoD program management practices, standards, and security requirements
* Leverage AI and Data Analytics to improve program performance, reporting, and decision-making
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
* 10+ years of experience in program or project management (preferably with DoD, Navy, or Air Force programs)
* Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities
* Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA for collaboration, tracking, and reporting
* Demonstrated background in AI and Data Analytics tools, platforms, or initiatives
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* PMP certification or equivalent strongly desired

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
